After a month of rest and really doing nothing for a month, the journey in architecture continued. The main focus is for me to do construction documents, construction administrations and project management. I got an offer trial in BBG-BBGM located in mid-town NYC for about 2 weeks. I just finished my 2 weeks and become a full time employ in this firm. There is so much to learn and so much to share. For those who still belive in architecture after all these years, I pay my respect.

Hi Capt. Eager. Normally an architectural service breakdown can be as followed:
1. Competition (RFQ) [if there is any]
2. Concept Design (RFP)
3. Schematic Design (SD)
4. Design Development (DD)
5. Bidding and Negotiation
6. Construction Documents (CD)
7. Construction Administration (CA)
My previous position put me in a senior level at step 1~4, but I am still at entry level for step 5~7. Which step 5~7 is about 70-75% of the project. This firm willing to take me in as an entry level for construction phase of the project. I am very thankful and very willing to learn. Now I feel like a new grad again. Starting from the beginning doing documents and details.

在此以淺薄的見解跟大家分享我對此體制的認知於下文,請多指教...
大部分的設計人一生的志業是從4爬到2或1(許多事務所大部分外包建立專業競圖團隊）
當主持建築師畫個基本構想草圖(RFP)交給"轉化者"(可能是事務所少數能識大師草率圖之神人）
經初步轉化後再下放給設計團隊進行"現實化"(SD&DD)成為設計圖樣((大部分設計師夜以繼日的瘋狂生產與瘋狂被改與訂（B&D)...))再來才進入施工圖與大樣圖的"經驗是一切"階段（CA)
大概1至4是對設計份量較重的業務,
而5主要是面對業主將1至4的成果進行"合理化"修正,
6（CD)主要是面對政府主管機關與業主的文書往來,
7(CA)是與營造廠相互配合與監督完成
以上7大部分的執行流程有部分是具可逆性與交互影響的變動性,可能要做個圖表來解釋比較清楚！
