職務工作說明如下

Design Director

Description：
1.Direct and provide leadership for design teams;
2.Actively engaged in development of client relationships and opportunities for new and repeat business;
3.Lead the orchestration and strategy of design and presentations;
4.Be an integral part of the success of projects and play a key role in managing clients' satisfaction;
5.Manage medium to large size projects as well as providing design, technical and project management guidelines to design teams;
6.Continually improve the quality of the work and optimize the process.

Requirements：
1. Degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning or Architecture. Master’s degree preferred，
2.10+ years related experience, of which at least 3 years has been in leadership of design teams;
3.Execellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills;
4.Strong leadership, communication and relationship-management skills;
5.Familiarity with urban design guidelines and submission procedures to relevant authorities;
6. Experience on urban design, strategic or concept planning a must, while special interests or expertise on city regeneration, sustainable urban development or other special areas an asset;
7. Previous design enterprises abroad experience will be considered in preference;
8. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
