\u672c\u6848\u662f\u500b\u591a\u9762\u5411\u91cf\u9ad4\uff0c\u5916\u7246\u5305\u8986\u5c64\u5c31\u5982\u540c\u53ef\u53cd\u7a7f\u7684\u896a\u5b50\u4e00\u822c\uff0c\u5167\u5916\u4e00\u9ad4\uff0c\u8b93\u6885\u6bd4\u65af\u74b0 (Moebius strip)\u822c\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u65e5\u4ee5\u7e7c\u65e5\u5730\u5728\u5efa\u7269\u5167\u767c\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n

A Moebius strip applied to the day to day. In this topology, the inside becomes outside, while the outside folds into smooth or striated surfaces, folded and unfolded, invaginated or springing outwards. An architectural design does not just lead to something that you can look at, it is a device capable of providing more than the object itself.<\/p>\n

The \u201cTaichung City Cultural Center\u201d allows for varied access ways, physical and visual crossings, due to the multiple combinations of meaning of architectural space highlighted by Colin Rowe with the concept of \u201ctransparency\u201d. These physical and mental journeys are organized by the proposed spaces juxtaposed or integrated to the building premises.<\/p>\n

\u5bec\u95ca\u7684\u906e\u9670\u5165\u53e3\u5ee3\u5834\u662f\u53f0\u4e2d<\/a>\u57ce\u5e02\u6587\u5316\u9928\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5165\u53e3\uff0c\u662f\u901a\u5411\u4e2d\u592e\u516c\u5712<\/a>\u7684\u5927\u9580\u53ca\u89c0\u666f\u5e73\u53f0\u4e3b\u8981\u5165\u53e3\u63a5\u5f85\u5340\u4ee5\u7a7a\u6a4b<\/a>\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u6a6b\u8de8\u5728\u5169\u5ea7\u4eba\u9020\u5c0f\u4e18\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002\u77e9\u5f62\u7684\u5716\u66f8\u9928<\/a>\u91cf\u9ad4\u906e \u84cb\u8457\u5bec\u5ee3\u7684\u7a7f\u5eca\uff0c\u756b\u9f8d\u9ede\u775b\u5730\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u5730\u666f\u8207\u5efa\u7269\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u9019\u500b\u591a\u9762\u5411\u7684\u64da\u9ede\u513c\u7136\u662f\u6574\u9ad4\u898f\u5283\u7684\u7126\u9ede\u3002\u5169\u4e18\u4e4b\u9593\u901a\u98a8\u6dbc\u723d\u7684\u5fae\u6c23\u5019\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u5f62\u6210\u53c3\u8a2a\u8005\u76f8\u7d04\u7684\u65b0\u64da\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n

The shaded piazza, the entrance to the TCCC, the gateway to the park and a choice observatory. The main reception area \/ piazza spans the center between the building\u2019s two hill bases. The vast through space, overshadowed by the mass of the library, deftly reveals the topology of the venue and gives one a sense of dimension relating to the whole. This multifaceted spot, is focal point of the composition. Airy and sheltered from the sun, it sets the stage for the center\u2019s visitors, encouraging them to adopt new \u201cpostures\u201d and fosters a micro climate between the two hills and the main body of the building.<\/p>\n

An overhead opening releases the heated air and reveals the bulk of this hilly site. All throughout the day, a beam of light, a new collective meridian of sorts, orders the groups of casual strollers. By itself, the mere choice of venue establishes and amplifies this state of mind. The vertical co-penetration of the volumes of the park and the flatness of the road system marshal our project\u2019s diagrammatic figures, where we deal with lines, layers, traces, myths, faults, excavations and \/ or extrusions. Steps, as if naturally embedded into the concrete shell, lead to the first floor towards the entrance of the library, and allow one to pass through the building, laying out an architectural promenade down from the hill to the park. As seen by people passing by, a crevice in the hill flows towards the museum which spreads out in the basement, to the opposite side, a smaller cut holds access to the amphitheater, which lies side by side with the store on the street. The later is layed out as a functional transition between the piazza and the museum. A third more moderate protrusion a little to the side signals the entrance to the parking area.<\/p>\n

Jean-loup Baldacci was born in Paris<\/a>, France<\/a> in 1975.
\nHe graduated from Ecole d\u2019Architecture Paris<\/a> Malaquais in 2005.
\nHe worked for 6 years in the architecture and museography offi ce of Felice Fanuele architect, in Paris<\/a>: http:\/\/www.fanuelearchitecture.com<\/a>.
\nIn 2006, he married a Japan<\/a>ese woman and started working as a freelance architect and infographist in France<\/a> & Japan<\/a>.
\nHe then started a successful collaboration as free-lance architect with STUDIO MILOU architecture (Paris<\/a>) leading to the design and construction of the Singapore<\/a> National Art Gallery and several cultural facilities in France<\/a>.
\nWhile continuing to collaborate with several other architecture and visualization offices in Paris<\/a>, France<\/a> and Ky\u00f4to, Japan<\/a>, he established his own practice in 2011.
