Interior Architect – Shenzhen

Snøhetta Asia’s team of amazing interior architects is growing, and we are looking for a new interior architect in Shenzhen. We are specifically interested in a more technical profile for this role. As an Interior Architect in Snøhetta, you will be welcomed into an open and transdisciplinary team. You will be involved in international projects and given interesting challenges and learning opportunities. Formal requirements and competence:
• 5+ years of experience working in the interior architect field.
• Experience with all phases of interior architectural design development.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• An outstanding designer with understanding of buildability
• High ambitions on sustainability.
Requirements for technical competence:
• Experience delivering later stage packages and construction supervision.
• Good sense of materiality and color.
• Skilled Rhino, AutoCad and Revit user.
• Knowledge in environmental design.
• Experience in both individual execution of projects as well as close work within teams with various disciplines involved.
Desired personal qualifications
• Proficiency in English is required. Chinese is preferred.

Landscape Architect – Shenzhen

Formal requirements and competence
• A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience
• Excellent design and concept sensibility
• Proven track record through all phases of design
• Diverse project experience with an emphasis on large-scale public space projects
• Proficiency with Rhino (incl. Enscape rendering), Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe CS, MS Office
• Knowledge of grading design, planting design, materials and technical aspects of landscape architecture in the Southeast Asia region
• Proficiency in English both oral and written, candidates that also speak mandarin will be preferred
• Knowledge of Snøhetta work
